Hello, I’m Adrienne Lord. For the past 15+ years, I have been proud to call St. Johns County home. As a business owner heavily involved with the community, I am uniquely qualified to help you fall in love with St. Johns and the surrounding Jacksonville area.

In addition to being a licensed Realtor, I am also a certified Real Estate Stager I am active on the board of directors in the local chapter of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). All of our listings include FREE home staging services to get your home ready to show and sell FAST!

Before entering the world of Real Estate, I spent nearly 20 years working for various web-based software companies. Therefore, I truly understand and embrace technology. And, I put technology to work for you! I have the knowledge to use the power of the internet to help both buyers and sellers.

Hi, I’m Kevin Grant, and I want to be your Realtor! For the past 15 years, my wife and I have been a residents in number one school district in Florida: St. Johns County. My team and I can help you find a home in St. Johns County and the surrounding Jacksonville area.

Before I started my career in real estate, I spent 20 years in corporate America as a sales, marketing and project management professional. My years of sales and marketing experience, coupled with an MBA from a top 20 school, makes me uniquely positioned to work from beginning to end to find your family the perfect home. My goal is to meet your needs through honesty, respect, diligence and focus. Each home search is a unique project that my team can manage for you, no matter how long it takes.

OUR Story

Often we are asked, “How in the world did you get into this business?” As with most things in life, the path was not a direct one!

Adrienne left corporate America after nearly 20 years in IT (Information Technology). She had worked for a variety of software companies, most recently wrapping up a nearly 10 year stint at Oracle.

After leaving the corporate world, partnered with a General Contractor, Kevin and Adrienne opened a home improvement business. Within a few months of opening, we were seeing a pattern: many of the clients that called on us to work in their homes had just (or were about to) put their home up for sale.

To our surprise, most of these homeowners (even those with a Realtor!) were not educated on about how to properly prepare their home to look its best and sell quickly. Trust us, it is not just about cleaning and de-cluttering!

As part of our services, we started providing detailed analysis, check lists and thus staging the homes. Some sellers did the work themselves, others hired us to help. In both instances, we were finding that even homes that had been sitting on the market for months were now selling. FASTER!

Before long, Adrienne acquired her staging certification and our home improvement business had morphed into a Home Staging business! The next logical step was for us to our Real Estate license – so we did! And, we’ve never looked back!
